Contract Recap for Clients

I know, I know the contract was long. Here are some of the key points that may answer any questions you may have! This is NOT a full list of policies. This is just the most FAQ that can be found in the contract. T

Side note** I really recommend following me on social media. I post frequently with updates about editing queues, if anything came up, and just general updates for clients!

Basic Policies:

The retainer is always non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please do so atleast 14 days before your session. Rescheduling less than 14 days prior, will be considered a cancellation and result in forfeiting the retainer. A new retainer will be required to reschedule. I usually book months in advance, and it is hard to fill last minute spots. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellations forfeit the retainer. It cannot go towards another session.

Any amount of time that you are late, is deducted from session time. This will not result in a partial refund and I will not be responsible for delivering the same number of images as a full session.

If weather does not permit- I will offer a studio session or to reschedule. It is not grounds for a refund of retainer. Booking an outdoor session comes with the understanding that weather is unpredictable.

I am not responsible for uncooperative parties- aka I will try my best but I cannot help if baby cries or if someone is grumpy.

Remaining balance payment is due on session day. Late payments will recieve a $25/day fee. Editing will not begin until final payment has been recieved.

Gallery Delivery:

First, you will recieve a proof gallery. That gallery is unedited and you may select your favorites for me to edit. Please make selections promptly. If you do not promptly select favorites, your session will be moved to the back of the queue. The 2 week gurantee will not apply. ( Don't worry- I always give a reminder before this happens.)

For regular sessions, the final gallery is guaranteed 2 weeks after your session excluding holidays. Model calls may take up to 3 weeks.

The final images are uploaded to the same link. Please download them promptly into 2 locations. I am not expected to save them indefinitely once they have been delivered.

You are welcome to print anywhere. You have a print release.
